Prime Video Australia subscribers were elated to see a good comedy from their side after a long time but the fun lasted for only eight episodes, the reason why Class of 07 Season 2 has become the most wanted comedy series among Aussies.
With Caitlin Stasey, Emily Browning, and Megan Smart in the lead roles, the disaster comedy series follows a group of former classmates trying to survive a water apocalypse.
The show appears to be silly at first but when you get to know the whole situation, you feel amused as it encourages the viewer to choose between a follower, leader, or troublemaker.

Will there be a season 2 for Class of 07?
As of now, Class of 07 has not been renewed for a second season by Amazon but the chances of getting the show renewed are pretty high.
More than 90% of reviews are positive (including major critics) and there seem to problem to continue the storyline with the return of all main characters.
But, we need to wait for at least two months before coming to any conclusion. The number of viewers will also play an important role in the renewal or cancellation of the show.
Till that incubation period, we can binge-watch season 1 and make it popular so that the Bezos network will not hesitate to bring another season the series like Zootopia 2 trailer on Disney.
When is Class of 07 season 2 coming out?
Even though, there is no official news that the show has been renewed for another season, fans can expect to hear an official announcement from the original network latest by May 2023.
Season 1 was announced in May 2021. Filming began in Dec 2021 when Variety reported that the production of the series has begun. The series wrapped filming in March 2022 but premiered in March 2023.
Following this pattern, Class of 07 season 2 is expected to be release around June 2024. It will have eight new episodes with an average runtime of 30 minutes.
Who will return to cast in Class of 07 season 2?
Since all the characters have survived the disaster on the island peak, we can expect to see the return of most characters along with the introduction of some new characters like a new calamity creator or school alumni.
Emily Browning will return as Zoe, Megan Smart as Amelia, and Caitlin Stasey will reprise her role as Saskia in the second season of this school drama series.
Other characters will also return but those three actresses will be in the main cast in Class of 07 season 2 as they are leading the show with all of their best performances.

The best part about the series is that all female cast. While some women find it offensive by saying that no grown woman would do that what the characters are doing in the show. Some are finding the sillyness to be most attractive and special thing.
