The Flight Attendant Season 3 is an anticipated season of an American mystery thriller series created by Steve Yockey, the series premiered in Nov 2020 and become popular in lockdown.
While the lead actress Kaley signed a two season contract with the HBO, there is still so much story left to cover from the best selling novel of the same name written by Chris Bohjalian on which the story is based.
The dark comedy series is produced by Erika Kennair, Jennifer Lence, Raymond Quinlan, Ian Weinreich, Stephanie Johnson, Carl Ogawa, and Bonnie Muñoz under Kaley Cuoco’s Yes Norman Productions, Warner Bros Television, and Berlanti Productions.
Will there be season 3 of The Flight Attendant?
Almost an year has been passed since the last episode of the Flight Attendant season 2 premiered and still the original network hasn’t ordered the series for a season 3. Does that mean the flight has landed like the show’s lead actresss said earlier in 2022.
In this opportunistic world, nothing seems impossible. Kaley Cuoco, who was saying earlier that the flight will not take off has expressed her excitement over the third season in a recent interview with Variety. So, the future of this aviation series remains uncertain.
HBO hasn’t confirmed anything yet. There’s no filming scedule, no release date announcements but the fans excitement towards the upcoming season of the series is still increasing like Succession series, other hit HBO original.
The announcement for the first season of “The Flight Attendant” was made in November 2018 while the filming began in late 2019 and wrapped in February 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic caused widespread shutdowns.
After that, the post production took another eight months before the premiere of first episode on November 26, 2020. Just a month later, the series was renewed for a second season in Dec 2020.
When does the Flight Attendant season 3 come out?
Filming for the second season began in late summer 2021 and finished somewhere around Nov 2021 but this time, the post production took only three months as there was no delay and the season 2 started airing on 17 Feb 2022.
Considering that, if the series has been renewed for a third season in May 2023 then the Flight Attendant season 3 will be released around August 2024 as filming will begin in August that will wrap somehwere in early 2024 and then the post production gonna take time.
It will have eight new episodes that will be streaming on HBO MAX.
Who will be in the cast of Flight Attendant Season 3?
Even though, there has been no confirmation about which characters will return after the show has been renewed, we can expect to see all main cast members reprising their respective roles.
Since Kaley Cuoco is the main star and an executive producer of the show, she will definitely return to play her role in The Flight Attendant season 3 and continue her fight with her alcohol addiction and self-destructive tendencies.
Other cast members that are expected to return are: Michiel Huisman as Alex Sokolov, Zosia Mamet as Annie Mouradian, and Rosie Perez as Megan Briscoe. Some new faces will also be introduced to make the plot more interesting.

As of now, there is no trailer or teaser available for the third season of the flight attendant. We might see one after the official announcement of Flight attendant season 3 by HBO.
What will happen in The Flight Attendant Season 3?
Not much information is available about that but in the recent interview, Cuoco expressed her excitement regarding the possibility of a third season by saying that creators have big ideas to move the story.
Season 2 ended with Cassie and her team capturing the man behind the bombing of a train and bring him to justice.
Another important thing that was shown throughout season 2 is Bowden’s alocholism, she finally agrees in the end that she needs to seek help from people.
A third season will continue the Cassie’s recovery from alcoholism while developing the other characters further like her friend and partner Annie with Alex and Megan.
