A positive news is coming regarding The Terminal List Season 2 but this is not about a release date. The Chris Pratt starring series is looking good on Amazon Prime’s streaming charts and is likely to receive a renewal soon but there is no concrete evidence that it will surely happen.
It is true that the conspiracy thriller series become #1 on Prime Video’s Top 10 list within two weeks of premiering. Also, the series was able to secure a #3 on the Nielson chart after accumulating 1.1 Billion minutes in a total of eight episodes but the renewal of the show is still pending.

The action packed drama series is an adaptation of a 2018 novel of the same name written by American author Jack Carr who has also written the screenplay of the 2022 series.
It’s story follows a Lieutenant commander James Reece who returns home with some conflicting memories to his family where he discovers that some evil forces are working against him and his loved ones. Now, he has to elimiate those dark forces or else he will get hunted.
Will there be a Season 2 of Terminal list?
Season 2 of Terminal List might happen in the near future but as of Dec 2022, the original streaming network hasn’t made any official statements regarding the release of a second season. We don’t know what Amazon is waiting for, the show is already looking good on the streaming charts in terms of viewership, ratings, and popularity.
The show is able to secure an IMDb rating of 8.5/10 and 4.6/5 on Amazon Prime Video with thousands of reviewers. Even though, the ratings suffered on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic and the show is still able to secure 39% overall score on review of 25 critics. But on other platforms, the show is still shining.
It doesn’t really matter if critics are not liking the show. What does matter is, how audience percieves it and it seems that the viewers are loving the show. The author of the original novel Jack Carr has said that 95% of viewer rating is positive and that’s all worth it.
Moreover, the leading star Chris Pratt has hinted that The Terminal List season 2 will happen in the future and they are planning for it.
When is The Terminal List Season 2 coming out?
Considering the positive approach of the creators, we can expect to see The Terminal List season 2 on Prime Video but the question is when?
Season 1 was reported to be in development in April 2020 while the first episode of the series premiered in July 2022, that is nearly two years after the announcement just like season 3 of The Chosen, a holy show based on the life of Jesus.
We can expect the same thing to happen with the upcoming season. If Amazon make an official announcement regarding the renewal of the show for another season in December 2022 then we can expect The Terminal List season 2 to be released around fall 2024.

What will happen in The Terminal List Season 2?
The Terminal List Season 2 will show if Reece managed to survive or die with the fatal tumor. Even if the tumor gets treated, the man has lost the wish to live more after witnessing the death of his wife and daughter. Another conspiracy theory is that, if the tumor isn’t fatal, it can shift the story in completely different direction where Reece becomes a serial killer.
